To ensure quality and relevance in all of the Academy and Training Center's course  offering in response to the increasing local and global industry demands of knowledgeable, competent and well-disciplined professionals;

To provide rigorous disciplinary training of maritime students in consonance with the requirements and standards of the maritime industry;
